Sascha Bibert was born in Mainz, Germany in 1975. He holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Betriebswirt) from the International School of Management in Dortmund, Germany, and is a certified financial analyst (CFA and CCrA). Before joining BASF Agricultural Solutions in 2026, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Committee at Vallourec from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, he served as CFO of Uniper and of Enerjisa, the E.ON-Sabanci joint venture, which he led to its stock exchange listing.
