Women in Food and Agriculture (WFA) is an international initiative promoting inclusion, diversity and equity in the food and agriculture industry. BASF is partnering for the 2021 “Force for change” campaign because fostering diversity and inclusion is key to bring forward talented and motivated people regardless of gender, cultural, religious, or social background, sexual orientation or identity, origin or physical integrity.
